The past done. We can't do anything to change it.
The future hasn't happened yet. We can't do anything to speed up time and make it get here sooner.
What we can do is simply be here now. The present moment is the only thing we truly have control over. The present moment is the only thing that is actually real.
Let's remember this today instead of perseverating about the past and stressing about the future.
